Personal Data Processing

This document describes what happens to the data you submit through the enquiry form on this site. It applies only to the aidia.kz website. The tokenhub.aidia.kz platform is a separate service with its own terms.
Who processes the data
The data controller is AIDIA TECH LLP, BIN 201040000717, Republic of Kazakhstan, 104 Zhangeldin St., Almaty. Questions about data processing: admin@aidia.kz.
What data we receive
Only what you enter in the form yourself:
- name — so we know how to address you;
- email address — so we can reply;
- company name and phone number — optional fields, in case you would like us to get in touch another way;
- subject of the enquiry and the message text.
Together with the enquiry, technical details of the request are stored: the IP address and the browser string. They are needed to filter out automated mailings and to limit how often messages can be sent from a single address.
The site uses no analytics, advertising or any third-party scripts. A single value is stored in your browser — the interface language you selected; it stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Why
The only purpose is to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss cooperation. Data from the form is not used for mailings, is not sold and is not passed on to third parties for their own purposes.
On what basis
On your consent: the checkbox in the form before submission. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to admin@aidia.kz — in that case we stop the correspondence and delete the data.
Where it is stored
The enquiry arrives as an email to the corporate address admin@aidia.kz and is kept in the corporate mailbox. The site keeps no enquiry database of its own: the message you send is not stored anywhere on the server, except where the email could not be delivered — it then remains temporarily in the server logs so that the enquiry is not lost, and is deleted together with the rotation of the logs.
How long it is kept
Correspondence about an enquiry — for as long as it is needed to deal with it, but no longer than one year from the last message, unless our relationship with you implies otherwise. Technical server logs — no longer than a few days, until the routine rotation.
Who it is shared with
The data is processed within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Only the hosting provider and the corporate email provider take part in the processing — to the extent necessary to deliver and store the email. Data is disclosed to state authorities only in the cases expressly provided for by law.
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours we hold, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. It is enough to write to admin@aidia.kz from the address you gave in the form. We reply within the time limits set by the personal data legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Changes
If this document changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes are not applied retroactively to enquiries already received.
